This section describes data protection regulations for those working with us offline

Protecting the data of our customers is very important to us; we only store data where absolutely essential for certain purposes. This data is only passed on to third parties where necessary and is NOT used for profiling or similar purposes.

We do not process sensitive data, make offers at children or make use of video monitoring.
The technical security of our data is also a high priority.

In the event of a problematic incident under data protection law, therefore, the risk to the rights and freedoms of our customers and business partners is very low.

The data subject rights of access, erasure, rectification, limitation of processing, data portability and objection will be exercised by Elisabeth Gornik, who also informs the Data Protection Authority in case of data misuse.

Personal Data

Personal data you transfer to us, including name, address, email address, telephone number and other personal details, is used for the stated purpose only; such data is securely stored. In most cases, this data is stored in order to fulfil contracts and complete projects;

it is only passed on to third parties where strictly necessary, e.g. passing on data to our tax advisor.

Storage period

We store all data relating to orders for as long as a business relationship exists.
After an active relationship ceases, we store all data for another seven years (the retention period under Austrian tax law).

Processors

A number of partners (referred to as ‘processors’) assist us in processing our data.
These were chosen with the utmost care as regards integrity and trustworthiness and suitable contracts were concluded.
An appropriate level of data protection on all sides is assumed.

Highly sensitive data

Where highly sensitive data (such as bank details and passwords) is passed on to us in the course of a working relationship, these details are stored with particular care.

Electronic communication via email, etc.

We ask you to help us protect your data and ours by NOT sending us confidential information via email, WhatsApp, SMS or other non-encrypted communication channels. Please discuss the means of data transmission with us either in person or over the telephone.

Data security/IT security

Our IT systems are always technically up to date, with all relevant security features installed.
In particular, these include comprehensive anti-virus and anti-spam protection and a firewall.
All mobile devices have access codes and are encrypted so that no data can be read in the event of loss.
If possible in connection with the required data processing, data is passed on in pseudonymous and encrypted form.

Right of access

You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, withdrawal and objection, insofar as there is no legal obligation to retain such data.

If you believe the processing of your data breaches data protection rights or your data protection rights have been otherwise infringed, you may complain to the responsible supervisory authority. In Austria, this is the Data Protection Authority.

If you have any other questions, please contact us.
